The Dik-Dik is a teeny, tiny species of Antelope that live in the savannas of Eastern Africa and was named after the repetative whistling noise the females make when threatened.
This Dik-Dik has been made even cuter with glittery pink enamel and is (ironically) my largest pin yet!
Each pin is a large 45mm x 35.6mm and comes on a unique backing card.
The pin itself is made from my illustration of a Dik-Dik, produced in gold plated metal and pink glittery enamel with a rubber clutch to keep it securely in place. There is a clear epoxy resin coating over the pin to protect it from scratches and give it a smooth, lustrous finish.
Every item is carefully packed and sent by me from my home in Nottingham, United Kingdom, using eco-friendly materials!
